Hey friends and fans. I have really made a lot of progress on my current project. Three writing sessions away from completing the ruff manuscript of my first book. It has been such an incredible journey writing this autobiographical inspirational and motivational synopsis of my experiences and all I've learned from them. I have also begun production for the accompanying record with the same theme. Next I have to polish up the first few chapters and submit for publication. That should give me ample time to finish the record. Lance West
